Credit Card Dispute Clause

By submitting this payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding credit card disputes:

1. Dispute Notification: In the event of a dispute regarding a credit card transaction processed through this payment form, you are required to notify Dragnet Investigations, LLC promptly. Notification should be sent to John Moreno within 3 days of the transaction date.

2. Dispute Resolution: Dragnet Investigations, LLC is committed to resolving credit card disputes in a fair and timely manner. We will conduct an investigation into the disputed transaction and provide a response within 30 business days.

3. Supporting Documentation: To facilitate the resolution process, you may be required to provide supporting documentation, such as receipts, invoices, and any relevant correspondence related to the disputed transaction.

4. Final Decision: Upon completion of the investigation, Dragnet Investigations, LLC will make a final determination regarding the dispute. You will be informed of the decision in writing. Our decision will be based on the available evidence and applicable regulations.

5. Refund or Adjustment: If it is determined that the dispute is valid, Dragnet Investigations may issue a refund or adjust the transaction amount accordingly. The resolution may also involve reversing the transaction, issuing a credit, or taking other appropriate actions as deemed necessary.

6. Chargeback: If the dispute is escalated to a chargeback by the credit card issuer, Dragnet Investigations, LLC will comply with the chargeback process and provide any requested information. Chargebacks may result in additional fees imposed by the credit card issuer.

7. No Retaliation: Dragnet Investgations, LLC is committed to fair and ethical business practices. We will not engage in any retaliatory actions or discriminatory treatment against customers who exercise their right to dispute a transaction.

8. Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to review their credit card statement regularly and report any discrepancies or unauthorized transactions promptly.
